We at the farm have said good bye to a man who will never be replaced. Darcy’s passing leaves us with the memories of someone who was dearly loved. He was known to treat his clients as friends, he lived with a passion and love of life, his smile and laugh were contagious, his philanthropy and community involvement were more than evident, and love for family was second to none. His generosity leaves a legacy that we will forever honour. It is with this in mind that we endeavour to continue to serve our clients as Darcy did.
In the last weeks of summer, Darcy led us in continuing the process of growing our family business. It began with a strategic hire, and included adding a seed division to the Miller family farm. In honouring Darcy, we have established Miller Agritec Seed; complete with a new look that Darcy would have loved.
In order to continue with the model of customer service Darcy established, Miller Agritec Seed is pleased to announce the addition of Steven Chabot to our team as General Manager and Sales Manager.
Steven brings with him 7 years of sales experience in the Ag industry. He grew up in St. Eustache/Elie and has worked in the same area he grew up in. Like Darcy, Steven is committed to open communication with our clients, an educated approach to our business and continuing the vision for the company that Darcy set in place.
Working closely with Andrea, (Darcy’s wife) Miller Agritec Seed is honoured to build into the lineage that Darcy has built, and it is our aim to serve our clients better than ever. We welcome Steven, and his wife Heather to the Miller Agritec Seed family.
